Why has there been so much LoK posting lately?

I would imagine its something to do with the sale of Square Enix western IPs, among which LoK is included. But so is fucking Gex so

I really appreciate Kaine as a player character. he has a very strong will of his own and doesn't just serve as a lackey for whoever sends him on a quest. In other games the main character would just agree to a task and run off, with Kaine it's "I could not help but balk at the impertinence of the request; deigning to move me about as if I were a mere lackey. I would bite my tongue and feign obesience...for the moment."

I still don't understand the whole dindu aspect
So the games try to tell you that the whole CAST HIM IN was just an ebin ruse and totally necessary for Kain's plan
But how did he know what would happen to Raziel
Why was it necessary to wait until he grew wings to CAST HIM IN
Was looking like an insecure and unreasonable fag part of Kain's plan

I think raziel either didn't give enough of a shit, or assumed kain already knew.

Soul Reaver's premise was clearly written far before its conclusion.

The original planned ending was for Raziel to activate a device that would have eradicated all vampires from Nosgoth.

Kain had a whole chamber with magic mirrors to spy the future. You even go there as Raziel close to the end of SR1

His knowledge, though, only reached up to the part of their encounter where William's coffin where he fated to die at Raziel's hands.
He just took the bet on having Raziel change that fate thanks to two Soul Reavers being close together, which allowed a paradox.

Simon Templeman last year said he'd be up for returning as Kain again but Raziel's voice actor isnt as he's too old. Raziel died in Defiance anyway so not that big of an issue.

It's so weird he sounded younger. That's what experience gives you.

one of the most based game series of all time, highest concentration of voice talent, unique visual style and atmosphere, narrative that has yet to be surpassed, all this with a fucking time travel plot. one of the best video game stories is a fucking time travel plot. and it actually manages to hold itself together. when a woman is a good writer she's really good.

The series is about Kain anyways not Raziel. So Simon Templeman is the only voice actor that matters really.

Problem is that most of the voice actors from that time which were included in the series were great.
Try to find a VA that is on their level nowadays. Most current VA from LA suck ass, every single one of them.

Soul reaver is far more popular and she wrote that. Im she also helped with blood omen which is why she headed Soul reaver in the first place
