HP regen really isn't important, you can just run the madness buff 24/7 thanks to free item use. Just heal to full every turn, your first priority should be surviving the attack

Try Absolute Precision and then Dispel, that might work.

I try to dispell them, but they dodge it.
Also you can't use items in that fight.
