Dude had a massive savior complex and was called out by the very people he depicted as "helping" in his comics. It's somewhat hilarious that his persona used to wear a fedora since he fit the stereotype perfectly back before it had even become such a well known stereotype. The cosplayer in the comic actually called him out for trying to make her seem like a victim when she agreed to the photos and found the way he wanted to depict himself as her savior creepy, and he replied by shit-talking her for correcting him.

I never bothered to go out and actually read his comics, only saw ones reposted here and there. But from what I have seen of the (unedited) comics, all of them were either him turning everyone but himself into a strawman so then he can look like the intelligent one. Or a comic where he white knights for someone (usually a woman) in an exaggerated if not completely made up scenario. (Ironically, that one with the Power Girl cosplayer was not made up, just pretty much all the events depicted in his comic were)

On top of that there seem to be multiple Tumblr blogs of all things pointing out how wrong he is and how much of a shitty person he is. So I am guessing no.
