I downloaded the model, but had to fix a few things, or change some to my preference
The thing that takes the longest time, in my experience, is getting the materials right (skin, hair, eyes, etc) as even very subtle things make a huge difference since your brain as evolved to detect human features
But once you have those down, you can reuse those materials for other models with minimal changes
I'd say that just to pose this character (it was just for testing a few skin materials) it took 15 minutes
