Who would you rather wife?
The eternal debate
They both looks like trannies.
yennifer
its not even a debate and im going to go ahead and /thread my own post

Ciri
Jesus fucking Christ no they do not.
Your brain has been succesfully psyoped.
Any "woman" from
looks like them.
Sorry, they are too manly looking.
Don't CDPR have trans flags in Cyberpunk? Makes you think.
Triss, she's not a bitch
End of story, don't @ me
Triss is bliss.
triss. any woman i have to fucking chase like yenn is a big fat no
Yenn is too much of a cunt. Triss is alright.
Yennefer is extremely sketchy and it feels like she's just using you and tossing you around for her own benefit. Kind of a real cunt side to her too on that whole Kaer Mohren section. Really wholesome ending though with Yennefer embracing the country girl in her and the two of them going off to live the rest of their lives somewhere quiet and remote.
Before I finished the game I'd say Triss but to be honest I really think Yennefer would be the more interesting wife.
The witcher games were released pre-wokening, as evidenced by The Witcher 3 having an actual faggot in a dress and make up with a balding head played for laughs.
>Interesting
Go date a bipolar girl for a while and when you're done you'll understand why so many love Triss.
The thing with Yen is that we the player have a few hours of exposure to Yen while Geralt has had several decades.
In that context Yen and Geralt are basically an old married couple. Triss makes more sense for (You) but Yen makes more sense for Geralt.
neither
>Triss makes more sense for (You) but Yen makes more sense for Geralt.
That's the way I feel about it too. There's so much baggage between them that goes unseen. Geralt is fucking enamored with Yennefer in a way he can't even explain. They lived together, they supposedly died together at Rivia, Geralt goes on a journey tracking down what is essentially the boogeyman of this universe and even hands himself in to the Wild Hunt just so he can switch places with Yen. Guy is completely head over heels for her and I don't even know what goes on before all this in the books.
I'm all for player agency but CDPR even giving you the option to dump Yennefer completely and go for Triss on anything other than a sex friend kinda thing was extremely, extremely jarring to go through. Even if I really fucking wanted to bang Triss every day for the rest of my life, I could never bring myself to get to the end of that genie section and actually dump Yennefer, because that's just not something Geralt would ever do.
Yennefer but only if she agrees to get a Black boyfriend.
Shani.
Fuck you fight me about it.
>MUH BOOKS
Don't care. Yen is a cunt and that look on her face when you tell her she got what she wanted was priceless.
>Triss looks like a tranny, and only trannies stan “her”
FIFY
based immersive roleplayer
reading the books before playing the games largely tarnished my opinion, but even Triss in 3 comes with a lot of baggage from 1 & 2. It's just a shame that her arc from 3 was butchered to fuck and none of the buildup got any payoff more than "lets fuck lma0"
Neither there both trash
Geralt gets used by both of them in the books to a degree that is sickening, especially given the fact the he's basically superhuman
he was written specifically that his only weakness is women and he's a little bitch when dealing with both of them
Triss is not Triss in 1. In 1 the devs outright admitted they wanted to make Yen but in the end slapped Triss's face on her.
Triss's characterization from 2 > 3 is extremely consistent. Her "arc" is already complete, and she's just trying to manage the best of horrible situations to minimize damage (Temeria in turmoil and Lodge scheming backfiring in 2, and then in 3 trying to save all the mage refugees from the witch hunters and then helping against the Wild Hunt). Once everything's over she packs up and goes to Kovir to play advisor/retire.
I can fix her
In the cut content from Witcher 3 Emhyr kills her because she's too untrustworthy lol.
I'd argue Triss in 2 and 3 isn't really Triss either, regardless any payoff that might have been milked out of 3 from a post 2 Triss was ruined by the cobbled together witch hunter plotline.
At least she dies horrifically in the books
understandable desu
Yeah Triss in the games is pretty much an entirely different character than in the books.
In game:
>Witcher 2: Breaks off contact with the Lodge when she suspects they're planning something awful against Demavend, attempts to get Philippa to vouch for Geralt's innocence when Foltest dies, finds out something's fishy with Sile, tries to warn Geralt, tells Geralt everything about Yen when he first asks on the boat ride, gets kidnapped and tortured by Nilfgaard while trying to figure out all the conspiracies going on, and at the end if you rescue her she still tries her best to save as many lives as possible by stopping Nilfgaard blaming everything on mages and limiting it to the Lodge facing repercussions only, which prevents the massacre at the summit by Radovid's forces since in Witcher 2 Radovid is actually reasonable and intelligent
>Witcher 3: Focuses all her efforts on getting all mages out of the city, even gets mad at Geralt and refuses to be romanced if he fails to help her in this exodus mission, returns to help against the Wild Hunt regardless of romance status, retires to Kovir
Triss in the books:
>rapes geralt repeatedly
>abandons Ciri to the lodge
>always takes orders from Phillipa
It's like a 180 she's basically a fanfiction version of Triss hence why she's even available as a romance option.
>>rapes geralt repeatedly
Uh, no? They never even have sex in the books. Their relationship happened off-screen
>>abandons Ciri to the lodge
So did Yen
Is this the black witch in the netflix adaptation? Or is that another one?
Yenn, my feminista wife
Black witch in netflix adaptation was Fringilla Vigo.
Blind girl over there is Phillipa, who can magically transform into an owl and turn every single situation into a shittier situation with a higher death-count and unintended consequences through sheer presence alone, like an arrogant but stupid version of Satan.
Triss is the actual alpha stacy
And yen's rejection is too good to let it pass
Who would win a 1 on 1 fight against eachother?
lalala can't hear you triss is awful end of story
t. yenfag
Yen canonically because she's more powerful and is also willing to do magic Triss isn't for moral reasons, such as necromancy. Even if Triss won in a fight it would only be temporary because Yen would probably have some twisted as fuck black occult ritual magic to revive herself after a day and then go hunt Triss down.
Yen. She has decades of experience on Triss
>Gaunter O Dimm asks what kind of reward I want
>Ask Him to let me have Triss and yennefer as waifus
> profit
>weird man-faced viper bitch
>manipulates me at every single step of the way
>has a really weird face that looks like a man's and no I'm not the sort of person who goes around calling every woman in witcher 3 a tranny this one in particular just seems really weird
>lies to me through her teeth
>avoid having sex with her and tell her to hand me the documents
>she throws a fit and starts attacking me
>as I cut her down Geralt says this generic battle line "damn you're ugly"
Fucking cracked me up. The timing of the line was absolutely perfect.
You should have just negotiated with her so that your bro Lambert could get a waifu too. Her intentions are good enough with what she wants to do with the research notes (cure a plague).
Her whole plotline was hurt so horribly by the plague cut, I have a feeling that the fight was supposed to be much later on in the game. Same with the Radovid quest. Man, base W3 was a fucking mess.
What do you mean plague cut?
user, my favorite character from Witcher 2 was fucking Iorveth. I understand the pain. So much of Witcher 3's cut content was not just cut content but would have been GOOD content.
>Assault on a Wild Hunt base + more explanation about them, and hunting down more than one general
>Iorveth and clarification on what happened to his group along with the plague questline that reunites him with Roche and makes Nilfgaard look insane and more morally grey (demon summoning, biological warfare, etc.)
>Actual Wild Hunt assault on the main city/.Novigrad destroying it all rather than that dumb fight near Skellige
>More book characters (Fake Ciri) and expanded endings (depending on the ending Ciri would wander around as a Witcher, strategize with Emhyr in the palace, or not exist in-game
Sex both marry neither
The main plotline of the game outside of viking land was supposed to center around a plague in the mainland. All of the best fleshed-out sidequests were supposed to be components of this main story, ala the Radovid quest, as well as having the Wild Hunt come through and burn it all at the end. See:
Plague questline cut.
tl;dr:
>Nilfgaard struggling in the war lead to a certain officer trying to find an easier way to win
>He ends up weaponizing the catriona plague (you can see some evidence for this cut content in meeting ill/coughing people, and some quest-lines and NPCs mentioning the ongoing plague) to fuck up the North
>Also gets into ritual demon summoning and his entire staff becomes demon possessed
>This was all supposed to lead up to an assault on The Devil's Pit (still in-game but replaced with a Bandit camp) with a teleportation into a massive tunneled hidden area lurking beneath what was supposed to be a field hospital disguise (need more bodies to experiment lol)
>Iorveth from Witcher 2 would have some men who got sick so he would be out searching for the cause of it all, and would team up with Roche and Geralt as well to get to the source of this sickness.
It's honestly so badass and they fucking CUT IT OUT OF THE GAME.
>Her intentions are good enough with what she wants to do with the research notes (cure a plague).
Sure didn't seem this way. I told her that Radovid was going to weaponize it and she was like "oh well don't care". What part of that seems like good intentions to you?
>implying a tranny would EVER pass this well
user...
>This was all supposed to lead up to an assault on The Devil's Pit (still in-game but replaced with a Bandit camp) with a teleportation into a massive tunneled hidden area lurking beneath what was supposed to be a field hospital disguise (need more bodies to experiment lol)
Oh this explains why the devil's pit felt so weird. It was a huge massive fleshed out area for a little camp with some bandits like what the hell. If you read the description of the fast travel sing in front of it, it says that peasants say there are devils in the tunnels beneath it.
Oh baka she cures the plague if you spare her I didn't know they made her worse in the ending that you kill her.
Depends on how you spare her. If you let her do what she actually wanted to go do and you don't interfere she ends up with a stick up her ass so far it comes out from her mouth.
I wanna fuck the crones
ew.
you know their "hot" form is just an illusion right? the beehives, flies, and the obese monstrosities are their true forms.
Just how Yen is magical infused
So long as they don't break the illusion mid sex then who cares?
The books are mostly terrible and Sapkowski should feel grateful someone came along and redeemed his crap.
Why are Geralt's only choices used up roastie hags who are secretly hunchbacks?
