I'm making a Fists build, any advice? I think they're fun so far, I like punching Yokai

It's just for the RP, she's supposed to activate her powers through her tattoos, they're like a seal

op's pic is like minimal weight sliders, hiddy looks like a normal woman when they're maxed out

that's good then

I know this board has been flooded with these kinds of questions recently, but is it worth doing the Nioh 1 endgame, or should I just jump to 2 after finishing 1 the first time? I'm enjoying it but I figured if 2 is better in every way, I might as well commit all the time to that one.

they're totally different styles of endgame, the first one ends up centering around double boss fights and both targets are relatively squishy. nioh 2's ultra endgame revolves around boss marathons of three in a row and they all have full HP, but since it's one at a time you can kill them quite fast still if you focus on good execution. I remember the first game having more of an emphasis on human bosses, especially ones that can pop living weapon, whereas 2 has a lot more yokai bosses.
in other words, if you're enjoying the first game there's no reason to rush to the second one because they provide different experiences at that point. if you feel like you're getting burned out on the first game then yeah dip your feet into the second

Cute.

Nioh thread I have a nioh 1 question.
Why the fuck can't I purge the buffs in way of the demon with the omnyo magic. Wasted points with this garbage, how do I unbuff the red enemies.

abs are a sign of starvation

she would look cuter in armor :)

I use to love this game when it first came out but I played it so much i'm perma burnt out no matter how long I go I can't get back into it.
the giant tiddy monster mods helped a bit but I quickly went back to being bored after a day of those.
I think its because of how shit it gets once you play a powerful build literally nothing can kill you and you end up rerunning the same stages like fucking 500 times throughout the game.

>giant tiddy monster mods
Do elaborate.

I really need to play this game but it's kinda difficult. How can I make it easier on me?

>I think its because of how shit it gets once you play a powerful build literally nothing can kill you and you end up rerunning the same stages like fucking 500 times throughout the game.

to get to that point you probably have to play 100s of hours so its probably fine to just stop

fists invalidate humanoid opponents. onmyo and ninjitsu get really strong around the halfway point.

Part of the game is playing it through multiple times. A bunch of shit doesn't unlock until NG 2, 3, 4 etc
For your first playthrough its really just equipping whatever has the biggest numbers and learning how to play properly. There's no use following a build, just pick what weapon you want

This thread has made me boot up the game again, if you need help with a specific boss and are on steam I could join and help

i think its fine to just play it once so its not mandatory part

What? Yeah it's "fine" to play it only once. Nothings mandatory, this is video games you can do what you want. But If you want to actually play the game fully, you need to play it multiple times to unlock a bunch of new things.

its mostly just loot stuff and rehashed content

>Maxed out leg size is the only way to make the legs look good
>It makes leg armor look way too bulky, and most leg armor is already bulky at minimum size
>Chunky legs mods exist
>They clip with every outfit that shows the legs

It's a nightmare.

If you're going to cover up the legs then it doesn't matter.

I've played both Nioh 1 and 2 for a combined like 2000+ hours and I didn't know you could do this until I watched some Korean streamer on YouTube do this.

holy shit

I've since changed hair and fashion but I'd have to get out of bed, turn on pc, and then finally boot up the game to take a screenshot. Plus I'm still pleased with this

What the fuck? His horn didn't break and I've shot them in the eye multiple times before without them changing. I wonder what the criteria is.

You can't. After a certain point enemies have innate buffs. It's super annoying and they even resist most debuffs. Just swap to using onmyo for damage and applying confusion while buffing yourself instead. It's only wasted points if you're fucking retarded.

Playing through Nioh1 now, soundtrack is just 2gud. Not enough games realize how kino a simple 1v1 duel and a good theme can be

Do hammers count as axes? They have their own weapon type icon but I don't see a stat for hammers specifically?

Amusing, but not very practical though. Calamitous Blade is still the better choice than Lightning Blade in virtually every situation for L1+Triangle low stance moves on Switchglaive.

yes, just different scaling and break/block

yea
Warriors do sit-ups while swinging things around.

Hammers to more ki damage but less normal damage. Iirc most of not all weapon types have variants that do either more regular or ki damage.

as someone who likes to ki wreck my enemies that's good to know

Try tonfas. That's their whole shtick get it?

Otherwise, he gets ups immediately. Sometimes before I even have a chance to final blow him.

I love abs but ops hiddy is sticc mode except for abs which is weird.

>played nioh years ago up to the point where you storm Nobunaga's castle
>don't want to re learn the controls and whatever build I had
>don't want to start again
can I just skip to 2?

Yes.

I get it. I'm not laughing but I get it.

I can wreck Enkis, I can do the business to the snake lady, I can show yokis, and cyclopes what for. I can turn those multi headed and legged bastards into sashimi and make tengus rue the day they cawed at me wrong. But for some goddamn reason, for SOME PERVERSION OF LOGIC AND RATIONAL the enemies that always get me are those annoying larger gollum shits and the knife hags. And I'm not proud of it
