Any other farm mod you'd recommend? Preferably something with about as much space as the default farm.

Rolling hills is my favorite map so far. I've been playing on the Blackberry Fields map lately. (nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/8838) But the author has plenty of maps, depending on what you're looking for. If you want something simple, I'd recommend modest maps: (nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/users/38421680?tab=user files) They allow you to get more creative with the layout, because there aren't fenced in or decorated sections.

do what you like the effects of, no need to minmax.
If you regret it later you can re-spec for a price in the sewers

Don't sell your first prismatic shard or give it to the museum. Keep it. When you get to the desert it'll give you something useful.
Check the trashcans frequently (be aware that if you get caught doing it, there will be a hit to people's disposition.)
When you upgrade your watering can, do it on a day where it rains tomorrow. Just water your crops, drop it off, and then the rain will do the watering for you.
Gold star cheese is easy to get and a very good way to restore health/energy.

Don't go too hard on farming right away. If you're spending all your energy just watering crops, then you're over-committing. In a similar vein, don't bother buying new crops until you harvest your free parsnips. Scarecrows are necessary for any serious growing.
Don't clear more grass than necessary from your farm until you get a silo.

need a fiberglass or iridium rod. bamboo/training can't use bait/tackle.

Just select the bait and right click with it on top of the fishing rod. You also need to do this with several other items.

I don't know if someone pointed it out already, but in one of the new loli mods, there is supposed to be this bicycle in the bus stop you can use to visit the girl I think this mod is not compatible with Ridgeside mod because I can't find this bicycle at all in the area. Or maybe I'm doing something wrong.

This game would be a lot better if uncle didn't give you a 3 year timeline to get shit done. Doesn't matter if it's optional, it still makes me feel rushed.

I wish I could get back into this game, but since there's no definitive "end" it just feels kinda boring. There's not even a progression, so to speak, so it doesn't matter if you sleep in all day, money is never an issue.

Trust me, I spent 50 hours in this game trying to really love it, but the magic just wore off.

But it's easy as shit to meet the requirements. I specifically played at a leisurely pace last time with no interest in min-maxing or anything. I didn't get any animals at all. Didn't have iridium sprinklers and was still mostly on steel tools. I still passed the evaluation. You have to be REALLY bad at this game to fail it.

Try changing the loading order, Ridgeside might be loading after the Madotsuki mod and removing the bicycle.

Yeah because in the bus stop, there is a path to go to Ridgeside. If the bicycle is in that way, I don't think it matter the order. One way or another something will be in the way. Can you screenshot where is the bicycle?
