When was the last time you used your VR headset? It's been over a year for me

When was the last time you used your VR headset? It's been over a year for me.

I used to be a VR defender but I am not willing to admit it was a fad. Half Life Alyx was the only full triple A game experience and no developer is making anything similar. It's all dumb ports like RE4 or GTA SA or games that feel like those shitty Wii shovelware game compilations.

It's been a while, the headsets I've used were Gear VR, Oculus GO, Rift, Quest 1 and PSVR.
Just ordered a Pico Neo 3 Link for PCVR.

hell I dont even remember, must have been back in early 2017 or so.

Fat people:

Do you not feel your fucking skin flaps touching each other?
Do you not long for the freedom of less weight?
Why don't you do something about it?

It doesn't matter what dumb gimmick is invented, men will always return to sitting and using a controller/keyboard.

RE4VR was really well done though and makes for a really fresh experience, even if you've played RE4 to death as I have. Walkabout Mini Golf is also surprisingly fun with friends. This metaverse bullshit is entirely a fad, I worry that will suck any momentum away. VR just needs more serious developers making original games that take advantage of the strengths of VR rather than tacking on gimmicks.

So what's the next big thing for vr?
Its still feels like a niche product that barely anyone remembers
I mean everyone practically forgot about HL Alyx

Used it yesterday after a pretty long break
The Bonelab announcement had me wanting to play Boneworks again

yesterday i played some beat blaster
decent overall

I was hoping that the porn was gonna be better desu

>be fatass
>do a full-ass workout dancing with my waifus while furiously jerking off to MMDs in koikatsuVR
>never felt the need for a fan
how fat do you have to be

i tried vr in 2017 and it sucked
then i tried it a couple months ago
it still sucks but it got a bit better
i'll try again in 5 years

I played Thrill of the Fight and RE4 VR Mercs just yesterday. Thanks for asking.

I honestly wouldn't mind more conversions of old games as long as their quality is in thevsame level as RE4 VR. I really hope the San Andreas conversion is out of this world because RE4 is a fuckinf blast.

>When was the last time you used your VR headset
Yesterday

VR is still revolutionary tech as the next big step as far as I'm concerned.

However there's no fucking games beyond like 3 worth a full playthrough and jews thought platform exclusivity was a good idea on one of the most niche devices in the world so it died.

Maybe we'll get another shot at it 10-15 years from now

Man I wasn't a big fan of re4 but I'm always tempted to get re4vr. Price drop when!?

Between that, the price, and the tech just not being there yet, I agree. It could have been something but as it is, it feels like the forgotten early 3d era no one talks about.

I use it every few weeks to do HoneySelect VR with girls I painstakingly recreate from my personal life. Past that, I boot up H3VR to chill and try out new guns every update, or play mini golf.

They're always giving out generic 30% coupons. Use it then.

played drums and the re2 mod today

Is the RE2 mod actually good yet? I played it at launch and it was dog water.

I boot it up every once in a while but Its been a couple years since I've actively used it
VR just doesn't have anything you can call "main game" (no, VRC doesn't count). Beat Saber is primarily what kept me coming back, but the devs keep updating it and breaking all the mods. CBA to deal with that, I have Sound Voltex for my rhythm game needs now.

10 minutes ago. I have a Quest 2 but the left lens is so blurry that I get the feeling it's actually a manufacturing mistake.

H3VR is still my number one favorite VR game.

>It's been over a year for me.
I use it for daily porn

>"main game" (no, VRC doesn't count)
yes it does, also skybox media player

>using usb cuckfan
>not having a large fan in your room pointed at you cooling your whole body
do people who use this mod even brain

>When was the last time you used your VR headset?
regularly, just not as often as i used to because im not a VR virgin anymore and the novelty wore off

Yesterday (Quest2). At least this far I have rather forgotten about PC gaming, Gun Raiders until battery dies is my daily gaming nowadays.

I have a rift s and I still enjoy it, but I wouldn't recommend anyone buy a VR headset as their main gaming outlet. Mine will sit there for weeks without getting touched, but I knew that going in. VR makes more sense as a peripheral to play games a different way every now and then, it's the same as when racefags buy wheels to pretend they're really driving, or pilotfags buying sticks to pretend they're really flying, or fightfags buying decks to pretend they're really good at fighting games. It's not meant to be used all the time, but as an occasional diversion.

Last night.

Fat people be should be starved in a fatness detention center.

Maybe half a month ago, but not like I picked it up for a while before that.
It's really all about games, I consider my quest 2 more interesting than any other system out right now but it doesn't matter how much I want something to play on it if people aren't putting out games that take advantage of it.
We'll have to see how walking dead 2 and bonelab are when they release, feels like fuckall is on the immediate horizon.

i use it pretty much daily, but its probably gonna be largely unused once summer gets into full swing same as every year
because it gets so hot that the lenses fog over usually if i just think about moving

i don't have one, but considering one for VR porn

Last night to dabble with the Blade and Sorcery update actually. The revamped magic is pretty neat..

last night in a latex meetup

yeah thats not normal, message support
oculus support has been pretty decent to me, i straight up dropped my 1st headset and broke it
messaged them and said "ummm, it doesnt work anymore for some reason??"
and then they were extremely anal about me sending everything that came with it like all sensors, a fucking 360 controller, etc
but then they just gave me a new one within days

all you need is an oculus go, theres no 6dof porn unl;ess you're into those sex games

Replace mini golf with koikatsu vr and you're basically me, I just wish I was better at making my friends in Honey Select 2.

According to SteamVR, yesterday. Was gonna go play a few rounds of Contractors VR before I saw this thread, actually.

Attached: yesterday.png (352x171, 94.16K)

I just started playing Star Wars Squadrons in VR this week, but I think my Lenovo Explorer is showing it's ago so I'm probably gonna get a Quest 2 soon.

Yesterday, I really like H3VR for a 5 minute break. I've been playing a lot of After the Fall recently and I've yet to go through the Tokyo Chronos VNs. I also want a better graphics card so I can get back to Project Wingman.

what did you think about Creed?

Since a few weeks after they added the helicopter in VTOL VR. I think that's one of the best VR games out there but it lacks content and replayability. I wish there was some kind of arcade style VR flight sim like Ace Combat.

Back in the 90s when the only game available was Dactyl Nightmare. Went to my local just recently opened Fry's Electronics and they had two VR setups in the store for demonstration purposes. I don't think they were even selling them.

food just tastes so good and it brings me joy and reduces my depression at the time

It's okay, it's a bit dated these days IMO, but if you're looking for an arcadey boxing experience it's probably the best there is. If you're looking for something more realistic (and tiring as fuck) get thrill of the fight instead.

>no IL2

ngmi

like a month ago, i only stopped because im replacing my headset
i like it for whenever i want to move around if im restless but dont want to go outside

I actually don't like sims very much. I like more casual laid back stuff like ultrawings.

Last night.

Attached: FQn0ThHaIAAE9Y0.jpg (2048x1262, 225.68K)

Today, sometimes I'll play it for days straight. Sometimes It's not used for 2 or 3 weeks, I feel like the only worthwhile games are the Shooting types. Pavlov is my go to, still need to beat Alex and haven't touched Into the Radius, did have Skyrim VR but modding it is too big a headache for me and the base game is trash

>and jews thought platform exclusivity was a good idea
This is the worst fucking part even though exclusive games can be counted on one hand.
>A niche platform
>With high price for each headset and nobody sane would ever buy two headsets at once
>Where each headset feels different on your head, has different audio qualities, FOV etc. so there are shitton of reasons one person wouldn't like to use specific headset besides price and visual performance
>And a market starved for good quality games and relative low number of consumers

>LMAO let's just release our games exclusive to ONE fucking headset
I fucking hate kikebook.

Give me your VR headset for free OP

oh fair enough, you can make il2 quite 'arcadey' and it actually plays nicely
