Tbh I always found that they were identical in size in the older games, but Ayane's larger bust size did lead me to believe that she had the larger boobs. They would go up or down depending on the game but were always matched, since back then it really was just different hair and eyes between characters, especially pairs that shared face models like Kasumi and Ayane always did.. It wasn't until DOA5 that they started to visibly differentiate, and now it's a toss-up as to what they will look like from game to game.

The old games were probably really just the exact same bodies. DoA5 showed for the first time that there are different tit sizes like you said. I'll have to agree to disagree there. Kokoro is extremely cute, but she struggles to look sulty/sexy. Momiji is able to pull off both. The fuller lips, slightly more sex-hair hairstyles, when she looks angry or intense it's not like a kid pouting, which is how Kokoro looks since she's just too cute to look really intense.
