Sonic Unleashed has the best OST. It's blend of live instrumentalization, cultural influences, sampling, eclectic themes and genres, was perfect. They had like 5 or 6 of their in-house musicians collaborating on it, and it shows. Creating the most listenable Sonic Soundtrack ever.
