Is God Eater any good? I was gonna try getting into that series years ago due to people sometimes mentioning it in MH discussions, even had a God Eater game on my PSP but i never got around playing it mostly because i was just replaying MHFU/MHP3rd.

That's right. But seeing as a dub isn't always an option for Neptunia, I've learned to love her Japanese voice almost as much. So hearing it was a nice surprise.

I noticed when I was looking at the character roster! I guess I'll get to see what she's like in good time. I'm having enough fun with it, gameplay reminds me a lot of Bayonetta. I will be going to bed soon, however. So I'm done playing for the day. Also not sure what to prioritize crystals for, aside from savings for every Bronya that appears in banners.

I used to have trouble picturing those Japanese voices speaking English, but for Blanc's it's actually really easy now. Sometimes I end up defaulting to it when I try to picture her getting especially flustered or embarrassed.

Overall i think the newfag banners got updated some time ago, so you can grab HoS (best phys support in the game, who is also a great dps in low level brackets) or HoF (best fire dps) from it. When it comes to Bronyas there are 2 notable suits for her, HB and Silverwing. I can fill you on this stuff next time, or you can visit /hig/ since the links in the OP are pretty useful. I don't even imagine the seiyuu speaking english necessarily. More like an approximation of her voice with the same cadence and intonations and all that, but without the accent you'd get going from japanese to english.

I know nobody asked but I find Nep's sub and dub voices close enough that they kind of mix when I imagine her voice. Her HDD form's voices however are more markedly different, while I think Melissa Fahn does a good job with both, I think Rie takes the cake there.
