You miss it if you decline to take a nap at the island bunker. I roleplayed as a cop who tried to get his shit together throughout the game, choosing the most professional or at least rational dialogue options, As such, sleeping around during the last part of the investigation was considered unwise by me and I missed the dream sequence. Actually turned out to be the greater good, since my Harry technically let his ex go and she didn't plague his dreams near the conclusion.

Pale also stores information from other timelines. When trying to contact the warship you can hear Kim’s dialogue from when you get on the final island, despite it being possible to go there without Kim.
