shield grab are 10 to 14 frames, and normally one of the faster options out of shield.
You could do a faster aerial out of shield, but movement to the player will cost you more frames than the grab would if they are far away well spaced due to the slingshot.
Realistically, there are very few moves that have both the range and frame data to punish this.

CPUs in training mode can be controlled by other players although it's more likely that he just has a training mod installed for it to be able to keep infinite shield

i can do the flickshot and its fun to do but i don't understand how to do the other types of slingshot.
