in games its usually done so that 3D platforming is easier to read, but theres hardly any real platforming in shadow

Personally I think Sonic Heroes is a great game. People call it buggy yet everything that happens can be explain by the game mechanics, as fickle as they sometimes are. People call it hard to control, but they don't have patience to learn how to control it.
When I first saw that Game Grumps was playing Sonic Heroes, I knew what to expect. But I watched it closely. I wanted to see what Arin's arguments were, and I wanted to see him get filtered by my favourite game. The guy is so stupid he needed a walk through for the rail canyon """puzzle""" (two switches next to each other, you have to toggle one on to redirect the rail).
It took him an extremely long time to beat the game. Was he pretending to be retarded to milk views and playtime? I'm not sure. Cory on the other hand blasts through the game like a pro (at least until the room got too hot and he started getting tired). That's why I made this thread a few weeks ago. To summarize the two players are completely opposite, yet one of them gets to shape public opinion of the game (despite being unable to play it). OP of this thread decided to copy me. First main Sonic entry that was just, not bad, a bit buggy sure, but just whatever, a dip on quality for sure and super repetitive.
Shadow is far better, and they should've just joined those two games together instead of releasing like 3.5 main Sonic games in gen 6.
SA1, 2, Heroes, Shadow, and 06 are all 1 to 3 years apart and you can tell the less dev time the more they fucked up.
