I followed zero hype for the game. I just knew a cyberpunk game was coming, played it for like two hours at release, got tired of the bugs, and then set it down until recently.

if you didn't like it on release and you were playing it on a decent PC, then it didn't change much. it's a bit less janky now, little things like police behavior got improved, but it remains as exactly the same game as before
