The way he treated Rennala with the divorce was extremely wrong.

Is that Joe Eldenring from the hit series Soulsbourne?!?!?!

it's they/them, shitlord

she's a ftm tranny

Final fight would have been perfect if he was the only phase but just made harder cause fuck Elden Beast. Worst final boss in a Soulsborne game.

based

No it's Zanzibart

then why did he fight you

>average Golden Order enjoyer

B-because they're two people! Haha...

He was the ultimate lawfag and for that, I couldn't hate him at all.

xhe's a literal tranny

>white
>religious
>hetero
>with kids
>in power
litteraly everthing wrong

>In Marika's own words. O Radagon, leal hound of the Golden Order. Thou'rt yet to become me, thou'rt yet to become a god. Let us both be shattered, mine other half

They were separate beings before the Golden Order decided to combine them. Presumably because Marika shattered the Elden Ring and Radagon is actively trying to repair it.

>Stone hammer made in the lands of the Numen, outside the Lands Between. The tool with which Queen Marika shattered the Elden Ring and Radagon attempted to repair it.

>the Golden Order decided to combine them
there's no proof the fusion happened against marika's will

There's not much proof of anything really.

>>In Marika's own words. O Radagon, leal hound of the Golden Order. Thou'rt yet to become me, thou'rt yet to become a god. Let us both be shattered, mine other half
where is this in the game?

I doubt getting crucified complete with a spear to the abdomen was something Marika agreed to.

Attached: marika.jpg (1024x576, 54.15K)

they began to fuse before the shattering and before marika was punished

It's in the Queen's Bedchamber site of Grace after you defeat Morgott and Melina rejoins you.

Cool

The cunt hit me with a hammer
Fuck him

Don't know shit about the lore and didn't read item descriptions. Is Radagon in the boss fight basically just a husk, and the glowy stuff inside of him is controlling his corpse or something? His design creeped me out.

You entered his house without permission dude he had the right to defend himself.

I heard a noise and I am a concerned citizen

>shatters the Elden Ring for no reason
what the fuck was her problem?

>Left his cute witch wife for himself
>Completely warps his first wife's wedding gift for his new wife
>loses it in a cave
>biggest simp for the Greater Will
Radagon can suck it. I'd fuck Marika instead since she at least helped a bit.

He did a very bad thing.

Kek

reminder that Rennala is at least three heads taller than Radagon/Marika. That is all.

Wasn't there a line about how he instantly fell in love with her on the battlefield? I understand that one now.

dommy mommy energy?
or just tall waifu?

>divorce loving wife for selfcest

I mean I can only assume it was her last resort and that the Golden Order/Beast were forcing her to fuse with Radagon (for whatever fucking reason) I still think the story makes little sense and could've been told in a far less convoluted manner but Miyazaki can't help himself to be less straightforward as possible, he's like Yokoyama with the extreme plot twists in every single Yakuza game. I still love the game though (and Yakuza)

It's natural to fall in love with cute enemy witches.

Can't resist the gap moe of a shy wizard nerd's mind trapped in a 12 ft tall amazon body.

This,what a retard.

Why do you torment me, image

Why not both?

Can't believe From was based enough to finally let us live this fantasy. Elden Ring had its problems, but Ranni's literally perfect.

He had the best boss theme

I'm trying to find the item that references this but Rennala at the height of her power actually defeated Radagon in combat once. Presumably, that's when he fell in love with her and decided that marrying the enemy might be better than just beating them outright.

They found reunion! Let me cope with this!

Attached: Embrace.jpg (1100x618, 544.81K)

Did he not crucify his wife?

Miyazaki's scathing critique towards "herbivore" men who would rather masturbate than marry and contribute to society! Truly an unparalleled genius!

I feel like Miyazaki has been wanting to put a witch romance in for a while. Alva and Zullie were one of the few holdovers from DaS2.

Piece together everything Marika says herself, her bedchamber, what she told Hewg and what Roderika has to say on it and you know the story. The only thing you're missing is what Marika herself exactly found out that revealed the Greater Will was evil.

But outside the game we know he was clearly based on Yaldabaoth the Demiurge, a notoriously evil god. Also there's really no question that this piece of art was used in the game's development.

Attached: Yaldabaoth the Golden God of Order and Control.jpg (2500x2138, 1.1M)

Bro, the Golden Order weren't beating Liurna. SHE fell in love with him and ended the wars, while he incorporated Carian shit (like Retaliation) into Incants.
In case you haven't figured it out absorbing other things is the GO's MO, with the exception of the Giants.

She was so in love with him she got mindbroken over losing his dick.

this is now a princess Ranni thread

It's most likely the soul stealing Greater Will does by taking everyone's souls into the Erdtree. One of Yaldabaoth's things that he does is that he feeds on the life he creates. It's why the religion says "GRACE IS GOOD, YOU NEED TO HAVE GRACE, GRACE IS GOOD YOU WANT GRACE, YOU NEED TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE GRACE" because if you have grace then he gets to eat your soul. If you don't have grace he can't eat your soul as seen with the Tarnished.

So,marika did nothing wrong?

She refers to him as "mine other self" before they're joined. I think it's more like they're twins, like D brothers, or something close to that. Or one being split into two separate ones and then united back in after the shattering.

>They were separate beings before the Golden Order decided to combine them
No they weren't, not in the sense you're implying. Radagon was always an aspect of Marika, he was never a wholly independent and separate entity that was just randomly incorporated into her. They started off the same being, they separated, then went back to being the same being again. Not sure why this is so hard to understand, even in the quote you're referencing she refers to him as "mine other half", implying that they are two pieces of a whole.

I wonder what that spear is. A fragment of the Rune of Death? Why is it there?
It's not in Ragadon when we fight him

So I can just backup my save IMMEDIATLEY after killing the Elden Beast right? I just want to get all the endings over with. I still need to do a second playthrough though, I killed Fia without knowing there was an achievement for Fortisax.

Attached: 500x500.jpg (500x500, 38.23K)

I'll also add a neat detail: There are NO Marika Stakes inside of Raya Lucaria.
Renella is pretty pissed

Attached: FQv6FbvUcAMxHAN.jpg (1967x1600, 304.65K)

I assume it has to do with the Elden Beast's grab attack, but I have no idea why it's red.

Attached: Elden Beast Grab.webm (1280x720, 2.93M)

Yup.

It's why she's in Christ's pose. She's the hero that is betrayed.

>D brothers
This is most assuredly it. Also explains why the Golden Order seems to be uncharacteristically accepting of those suffering from split souls (as evidenced by D's dialogue).

homewrecking whore

she was the one who helped the GW to assume power in the first place, waging genocidal wars against the giants and dragons

>mine other self
Pretty sure she said mine other half, which just implies they are married, because that's what people say in real life

>left her the family dog and a Great Rune, along with their children being elevated into demigods
Did literally nothing wrong

>and dragons
Weren't they accepted? Godwyn had the whole Dragon Cult thing, so did Vyke

I can fix her

>He

She did banish Godfrey/Hoarah Loux and turned him into the first Tarnished for seemingly no reason, but then it makes sense when you consider that you (as Tarnished himself) is bound to battle Radagon and the Elden Beast. Had you failed, Hoarah Loux might have been the one to take on Radagon and the Elden Beast and save Marika from the Golden Order. He's even the last boss you fight before Radagon.

She thought she was being the good guy though, and putting in the true, righteous god

One of the big things about the Outer Gods like in Lovecraft is that they can deceive you and make you think that they and you are doing good in your service to them.

Mate you pulled this from a tranny youtubers (who's theories have all been shit since the transition due the the trans filter which caused them to view everything as the most LGBTQ interpretation possible)) cringe lore podcast which I also am guilty of watching.
The truth is you got to wait till: all the various languages have been translated, the game has been datamined front and back, all the interviews have been complied and translated, and the DLC/s and all that content to go through the same process.
Once this is done then the true elden ring lore discussion can begin. Anything done before this will be for naught.

They warred at first

It's said Godfrey fought the "Storm Lord" and that's most likely a dragon. Since they're the ones that have "The Storm Beyond Time" that seems to fuel Farum Azula as a power source.

But yeah then they got along for some time to a degree.

That was just Godwyn though. The Dragons were enemies with the Golden Order before Godwyn befriended them.

>Spear whittled from the weapon wielded by Gransax.
One of the legendary armaments.
>A great ancient dragon, Gransax once rained calamity upon the Royal Capital - the only time in historical record that Leyndell's walls have fallen. This marked the dawn of the war against dragons.

Though judging from the item description, it seems the Ancient Dragons or just Gransax was the aggressor.

From my understanding, the Tarnished are pretty much programmed by Marika to follow grace, and thus attempt to save her from her imprisonment. It is still unclear if she actually had that plan for Horah Loux and his ancestors even back then, or if the entire "follow grace"-scam was something she came up with after the shattering.

Souls likes have always been reddit tier. Its the brown and bloom CoD clone of the rpg genre.

Fucking unfunny as shit

is this achievable natty?

>and the DLC/s
Not them but I mean yeah, Bloodborne was the same way up until The Old Hunters. It's still interesting to discuss the lore and interpret the games world.
