f keys are too awkward to press while gaming that its better to rebind them, even if you really need to use the f keys then 60% keyboards have a better solution where you hold caps lock (you can switch it to fn on any 60% thats not awful) and just press the corresponding number key, its much faster and convenient
numpads are bloat and unergonomic, the first keyboards that had numpads didnt have a mouse, just like staggered rows or qwerty, theyre outdated and only used because its what people are used to

If you're getting it for the analog stick, but I'm sadden to inform you but it isn't a true analog stick. It's just WASD, but yes it actually works on console.

Well i mainly use the numpad because back on 2012 i realized Gmod used it a lot to build and control stuff so i really just got a laptop with a numpad because i love playing Gmod, i don't regret it.

sticks are a lot more precise, but your 360 controller is fine if it hasn't shat the bed, all of mine have to the point where I use a rock candy controller on my actual 360

Correction, if you plug the gamepad into a console and turn the tab to console then the stick becomes analog.

If on PC it won't work, and instead you have to get something like this if you want true analog movement.

definitely recommend the mouse. I got it as a hand me down from a friend that uses it for years, and I use it 6 years latter. If you somehow get an issue with it downloading the logitech app fixes it. Very sturdy mouse

You've clearly never tried to rebind anything to the numpad in any game. Go buy a cheao office keyboard, try that while having your usual WASD movement keys, and you'll see how much of a difference it makes.

low% keyboards are for trannies. Do not let them convince you it is some elite way of using a keyboard.

I tried using one of these things and was severely disappointed. 99% of games are not programmed to register both controller and a keyboard/mouse inputs at the same time. Most games will transition between "controller mode" and "keyboard mode" when it detects the respective input meaning the game will bug out and your inputs will get dropped if you're constantly switching between these modes. The only way to get around this is by having the joystick emulate a keyboard but then you lose out of the main benefit of an analog joystick (the precise movement)

I guess it still has the benefit of allowing you to dedicate a single finger to movement but that was never my main gripe with keyboard movement.
