If any person has played the Alpha, they are bound by the TOS.
The TOS clearly states the game can change at any given moment by any degree.
Logically, that means that if it does change, you are not allowed to complain about the change.

Iirc, a big theory was he played BOTW and tried to make CW more like it. Hence why the game suddenly got a surge of updates and activity around the time of BOTW’s release.

The alpha and the final game - with six years of a blackout between them, are almost completely different with very similar assets being the only constant and what was new became especially questionable.
