Makes me sad everything I think about it, especially because Cassandra is my fave, and I wish I can see her in the DLC, but I have mixed feelings thinking about the possibility of a recast for the character. I didn't knew at first, but I noticed Jeanette never was in the cast meetings, and then I discovered the reason. That hurted a lot. I would love to see Jeanette having fun with the rest of the cast and enjoying the love of their fandom.

I'll respect the decision of a recast of course, it's something very common in cases where the actor passes away or doesn't want to work in a project anymore. But for me Cassandra's voice will be always Jeannete's, she did an amazing performance. All my respects to her.

I can't picture anyone coming close honestly. Jeanette basically created that character's personality from the ground up. The inflections in her voice, even her body language...all her.
I'd rather have recast Cass than no Cass of course, and I don't envy whatever poor girl takes her place. She'd have big shoes to fill, through no fault of her own. I just hope Jeanette can somehow see how much people loved her performance.
