Actually less tricks is only a GC issue
But I do find the Xbox control scheme is worse because of how the buttons are arranged, Boost and one of the grabs are on the same button, so you can very easily accidentally grab and eat shit because of it.

I remember recording music from this game with all other sound effects turned off, and then making my own mixes with different parts that I couldn't extract from the game files.

The point is that the arcade sports genre is fucking dead now besides the Mario sports spinoff games, and the genre was wide enough before that there was at least some content variety.

That aside, NBA Street 1 and 2 were fucking excellent. NFL street was ok, but not as good as Blitz back in its heyday.

Not terrible, but a massive step down from SSX 3. Still a good enough time if you havent played it, and need something to scratch the SSX itch though
