I played on hard the whole way through so it felt like most fights needed extreme turtling/cheese when most basic enemies can 2hko your units with their starting TP. NG+ ch1 was just more of the same except the enemies had no TP skills to use which makes it a breeze.

I'm gonna get it once it goes on sale.

I did golden route on my first playthrough.
Hughette had to slowly chip away everyone on Benedict's map since everyone else got overrun.
Anna slowly backstabbed Gustadolph to death on Roland's map due to everyone else getting overwhelmed.
Frederica's map waas the only one I managed to beat "legit".

Roland left me in my first run, so he was severely underleveled for ng+

if you lightwave + rush with vanguard bracelet you can get in range of your main group so benedict can land a 5 man dragon shield, which goes a long way in making the fight winnable

I played it, it's the same shit as every other SRPG. Your small handful of units are put in an empty box with nothing but slight height differences and a number of enemies and the only objective you're ever given is to kill all enemy units.

I used the Recover one pretty much every chapter since it helps a lot when one of your characters gets randomly paralyzed or some shit like that and you can't really spare the turn to heal them.
