The attitude that no every single companion should be romanceable is correct.
I don't know which cuck writer said this. Maybe Sawyer, the guy who went to Switzerland, was astounded how many non-obese children were running around and then raged that on a train he was on a black person got controlled by the police.
But the important thing is context. Not every companion should just be romanceable, but a game with no romanceable companions? If your character is actually implied to be able to get girls? Now that's just as bad. Why wouldn't the Courier seek out a Warrior Woman, who is also open to sleeping with him?
