It's one of the few AC games I never finished, it starts out kind of fun but it gets boring fairly quickly. It's fun building up your community and exploring/capturing fortresses/churches and looking for runes or equipment, but the overall story was just really retarded, like super retarded.
I also don't like this mechanic they have where you switch between the MC and Odin, who are the same person basically, but like you play parts of the story in Valhalla as Odin, and eventually you can switch at will between the characters. I don't want to say the game is awful, it just wasn't really my favorite.

I played the alpha for this back in like 2014. Did they make the game viable offline? I used to love just running instant action in battlefront as a kid and this almost scratched the itch
