>paimon
Onahole
>traveler
China exiled to singapore
>lizard people
Allegedly Australians
>celestia
Cus too OP so they got nailed
>gods
At least 2

>what is paimon
theorized to be a seelie
something from celestia due to her outfit
a emergency back up unit, she knows all about teyvat, even how to do things like sense the elements. theorized to be a creation of khaenriah, made before they were wiped off the map by celestia.

>where did traveler come from?
a different world
theorized that teyvat is a leaf on the imaginary tree found in the lore of Honkai impact. basically a bubble universe

>why are there lizard people
idk, ancient civilizations breeding with aliens and shit

>why did celestia nuke
because they harbored the truth

>generations
who knows, isn't zhongli the oldest of the archons? there was probably someone before him but probably never mentioned

>thinking there is thought put into the lore of a coomer-fujobait gacha game

By cycles of gods, I mean like the ancient vishaps > Primordial God, etc.

>Why are there lizard people?

Nah the real lore is that she's unaware of it.

There is. They were autistic about Honkai too.

If anyone with a good voice wants to become youtube famous you should copy the vatividya format for genshin.

Why aren't there Paimon costumes? I don't even play the game, I just want more official model rips

They put thought into the lore, it's the garbage story they don't.

>Why are there lizard people?
Lizard people don't exist

Isn't teyvat the destination of Project ARK from Honkai?

there was a site with a bunch of these and they were really cool but I can't find it again

Kokomi is the only character I have painstakingly made the effort to farm 3 different artifact sets for with 3 dedicated weapons maxed out for her. I will never bench her!

>The stars, the sky...Its all a gigantic hoax. A lie.
What did it mean by this???????????

Are the Skyfrost Nails actually nukes? What do they really do?

Why is the Chinese playerbase so much more creative than everyone else?

>Where did the Traveler come from?
Some other universe. Their world was destroyed a long fuckijg time ago and they've been travelling ever since.
>Why did Celestia nuke Dragonspine and Chasm?
Supposedly they had a falling out; become too prosperous or something along those lines. There are a few ingame books that hint at it and how they (humans) then hid their knowledge underground for the next generation.
>How many cycles/sets/generations of gods are there?
Who fucking knows. Probably a lot.
>Why are there lizard people?
Aliens literally exist in Genshin Impact lol
>What the fuck is Paimon?
Nobody really knows, and if they say they know them they're lying. Popular theories are: she's either the Sustain of Heavenly Principles herself or somehow related to her; one of the three moon sisters (Welkin), or otherwise related; a seelie; or the lost god of time. No one knows for sure though.

Nope. The Twins already have a confirmed origin from an entirely separate world with differing circumstances. They were apparently heirs to an empire.

Thanks

The twins sure, but whatTa of teyvat itself?

1. We are not completely sure who Paimon is.
2. A different world
3. It seems that before the current gods came into Teyvat and created humans, the world was inhabited by elemental creatures, mainly the Vishaps who were defeated by the new gods. Later on in Enkanomiya at least they created hybrids between humans and Vishaps who were the lizard people. Vishaps constantly evolve to produce new creatures who can solve their previous problems, so there is a myth that Vishaps might evolve into human like forms. There's actually a bunch of lore here, really interesting lore too.
4. There is high chance that Celestia and the gods are not actual gods of this world but invaders who destroyed the actual inhabitants and then rewrote history to hide that fact, anyone who finds the truth gets killed, and any civilization who progresses too fast outside of the help of their archon gets nuked.
5. A bunch, we don't actually know the full story but between the dragons, the primordial god, the second who came and then Celestia and the archons, there have been a number of changes.

>Supposedly they had a falling out; become too prosperous or something along those lines. There are a few ingame books that hint at it and how they (humans) then hid their knowledge underground for the next generation.
There some mysteries surrounding Dragonspine. Supposedly, Celestia was pretty friendly towards the Dragonspine kingdom, but one day, completely out of the blue, Celestia cut off all communication. When the kingdom attempted to re-establish communication, that's when Celestia dropped the pillar and fucked them up. So some big change must have occurred in Celestia.

Also, there's lots of lore behind the goddess of time, moon goddesses, seelie kingdom etc.

So I used the Acquaint Fates and got a Wolf's Gravestone from the gacha. Is this enough of a gamechanger that I should start focusing on Razor? I only have him and Noelle and he's probably the only one who can get anything out of it.

My current party is Xiangling, Fischl, Xingqiu and Bennett. I don't like how Razor keeps blowing away anything that's on fire, it's kind of annoying. I have a hard enough time keeping enemies close as it is. I also got a Rosaria from the roll. My only Anemo character is still Traveler.

I dont think there actually is much of anything on that. There are some hints here and there that the entire world is artificial (firmament; going beneath the ground is actually going up; etc) but nothing concrete. Still, that wouldn't necessarily point toward it having any relation to project Ark, because that was more of a colony ship and less of an artificial planet—but who knows? Need more information. Also, project ARK happened in a completely separate universe, so it'd be a bit odd to see it show up here.

Which one of your current characters are your favorite/main ones? It's best to focus on them rather than to play them purely because you have gear for a character you may not potentially enjoy.
Xingqiu/Bennett/Xiangling are the 3 strongest 4 star characters in the game from a meta perspective and can carry almost any unit with a proper synergized party comp with those 3 active together.

Wasn't it that they attempted to reach for the sky? I'm not sure if that means rocket programs, or trying to reach Celestia (not mutually exclusive I guess), but it wasn't out of the blue. They had a clear reason, even if we don't understand the logic behind it.

You could use Razor+Rosaria for Superconduct, then the two extra slots can be of your choice.

Rosaria and Razor pair great together, just get Diona and Yunjin and that's a perfectly good party for Razor.

>Thoma
>Gorou

Shinobu's gonna be trash, I just fucking know it.

>What the fuck is Paimon?
We don't know but there's some interesting tidbits that make people speculate about the possibilities. Current theories are a) some kind of artificial being made by celestia to spy on us and direct us on our quest with the proof being some meta shit like sound file that plays in the sound menu where paimon attempts to communicate with someone over a radio; b) An archon candidate that split up from the shades of the primordial one and likely to have power over the flow of time; c) Emergency food
>Where did the Traveler come from?
We don't know. Even within the universe of Teyvat, it appears to be an accepted truth that there are more realms or worlds within the same universe, and it's not yet clear if the traveler comes from one of those realms or from an even higher realm of existence altogether
>Why are there lizard people?
Haven't really dug deep into the enkanomiya lore but it seems lizards were intelligent enough to direct their own evolution towards mimicking humans to increase their chances of survival since they were getting rekt
>Why did Celestia nuke Dragonspine and Chasm?
We don't really know anything about it other than the fact that so far it seems to have happened much earlier than the nuking of khaenri'ah. Could be related to the fact that celestia has been revealed to be an interloping faction. The civilizations that existed in dragonspine and the chasm seemed to have a good relationship with whoever controlled celestia at one point until they just stopped communicating with them and nuked them for no apparent reason. Could have been from the times when the Primordial god still existed and their death may be related to the nuking.
>How many cycles/sets/generations of gods are there?
There's not been many archons from the looks of it. Zhongli is supposed to be the only surviving archon of the original 7, but the remaining ones seem to have taken over the role directly from the originals.

I swear most of the Electro characters feel like shit.

Nah. Miko's pretty flawed for a 5-star but most Electros have their niche. Electro isn't a particularly great element by its own merits, but Fischl, Beidou, Sara and of course Raiden all have their place.

Have this bullshit webm

Lorechads, is this canon?

No. Zombies can't breathe so they can't play wind instruments.

No. Qiqi is actually cute in this image

The triquetra is such a massively widespread and generic symbol in Teyvat that it legit doesn't mean anything on its own. There's a triquetra on mora, there's one on every domain door, they're on Genesis Crystals, shop bundles, the gateway to the Spiral Abyss, there's even one Tartaglia's burst and Kaeya's passive. Triquetras as a whole don't actually seem to mean anything special in Teyvat, because it's on practically everything.

If you narrow it down, however, the specific triquetra on Paimon's clothes, as in the exact same design, can only be found on meta items, i.e., Adventurer's Bundles from the shop and the World Quest icon.

>whats the opposite of imaginary
sea of quanta, who made this retarded thing?

>Razor
4 star Eula
>Fischl
Pretty good
>Beidou
Electro Charge slave
>Traveler
Lol
>Keqing
Subpar dps
>Lisa
TTDS bot
>Sara
C6 or useless
>Yae
Clunkier/worse Fischl
>Raiden
The golden nugget in a pile of shit
>Cookie
Split scaling and an off-field healer, meh at best

Gorou is fantastic in a mono-geo team.

In a game thats, supposedly, all about elemental reactions. Geo and Physical probably should have been one thing or at least fleshed out more, but I guess expecting that from mihojew is asking too much

>Razor
Dogshit dps
>Fischl
Singlehandedly makes off field electro decent
>beidou
taser teams and nothing else
>Keqing
good for single target dps and nothing else
>Lisa
who cares
>Sara
Buffer, that's mostly it
>Yae
Dogshit when fischl exists
>Raiden
Just does fucking and is broken at everything, except healing
>Kuki
Just another healer

Physical isn't actually an element and can't really have any properties on its own, otherwise everyone's normal attacks would have an inherent universal secondary effect by default.

>dragonspine
said to be a mountain full of life and vegetation until it was nail'd, which caused a never ending snowfall on the mountain
>tsurumi island
was a normal island until one day "something" fell from the sky and caused a thick fog to emerge, which blocked all sunlight
>chasm
we don't actually know much other than the fact that there's a fucking upside down city buried in the chasm near the chasm's nail.
Are they nukes? Absolutely, they wreaked havok everywhere they fell. What do they do exactly? It's unclear but it's something to do with the leylines and the significance of it will be undecipherable until we learn more about the ley lines and the silver trees that apparently existed at these locations before getting nuked.

>What the fuck is Paimon?
We don't know for sure. Implied to be some sort of higher being or servant of one sent to guide the traveler. She seems to be unaware of her own role, she's either lying or has been rendered genuinely amnesiac by the entity that sent her to guide you and acting out of instinct.
>Where did the Traveler come from?
Some other world we know nothing about. It's implied that Teyvat is an artificial world in some capacity (the sky is a lie), or that Celestia appropriated a random preexisting world for their own purposes.
>Why are there lizard people?
Vishaps are one of the original races inhabitating Teyvat, after the arrival of Celestia's gods and the advent of humanity they were forced underground or in some place they call the Light/Elemental Realm that coexists with the Human Realm and the Dark/Void Realm (where the Abyss resides). In order to increase their chances of survival some of them evolved or transformed themselves to be indistinguishable from human beings so that they could live among and even reproduce with them. Apparently not all Vishap people are aware of being one and several have been living in human societies throughout the world for centuries, it's implied people with slit vertical pupils like Chongyun are Vishap people. This explains their propensity to have supernatural traits.
>Why did Celestia nuke Dragonspine and Chasm?
The human civilizations there did some big unspecified no-no, most likely related to defying Celestia's will or the Heavenly Principles. Same for Khaenri'ah.
(1/2)

So, what did you use to deal with the trio? I mean, not dps, but shields and whatever.

>How many cycles/sets/generations of gods are there?
The remaining seven archons were instated to lead human nations by Celestia after a big Archon war where several deities struggled over power and murdered each other. Venti used to be a minor wind elemental spirit, it's unknown if all archons used to elemental beings, humans or otherwise mortals, but since much of their power comes from a gnosis (Genshin) that can be taken away it's implied their divinity is granted by a higher power and it's not inherent. We actually know nothing about Celestia's gods, only that it's implied they are highest powers in the world's hierarchy and that they have the right to destroy human civilizations that step out of line.
We know that there were deities or equivalently powerful beings before the arrival of Celestia/humanity on Teyvat, called the Seven Sovereigns, who ruled over the vishaps and elemental creatures, but they were either destroyed or exiled by Celestia.

why are you so mad

It's funny how, due to the inherent weakness of Geo's main effect, most Geo characters have overtuned abilities to compensate for how shit their element is. Geo's main purpose is producing elemental shards which produce shields, but these shards/shields are unreliable at best and the issue is compounded by the fact that are multiple characters, including non-Geo characters, who can produce shields on their own. If you have Zhongli, you will never need elemental shards ever.

I'm being objective with those characters, you are delusional if you think Electro is in a good state as far as character strength goes.

>much of their power comes from a gnosis
I dunno about this. Zhongli was obscenely powerful even before he received his Gnosis (we see evidence of this all over Liyue), and all of Raiden's feats were achieved both before she received her Gnosis and after she gave it up. In fact, all evidence seems to show that she never really used her Gnosis at all. So all the power and superiority she shows as a god is independent of her power as a Gnosis.

On the other hand, despite possessing a Gnosis for most of the Mondstadt chapter, Venti showcases minimal power, which seems to suggest that the Gnosis offers little combat ability on its own. In fact, the only thing we know for sure that a Gnosis does is grant Zhongli the ability to generate infinite mora, which he claims he can't do anymore.

>I'm being objective with those characters,
the sperg actually thinks this way

Dont worry user, everything will change with 3.0 and introduction of Dendro, which will only exist to fix Electro instead of being its own thing
I think you are just coping at this point. Sorry, your waifu is trash

But all Dendro does at the moment is just make Pyro stronger.

OK Loregods. Time to hit me up with your best theory on why Electro visions aren't being granted anymore.

Attached: neko gun.png (701x713, 823.83K)

Queque is god tier with the new set.

So
Is right about the Gnosis. All they do is further refine their power; all the Archon contenders were extremely powerful before they'd gotten their Gnosis—just look at the Archon War. They had to go around killing other gods to even have the opportunity to recieve a Gnosis.
And the only thing that Zhongli lost when he gave away his Gnosis was the ability to create Mora, none of his power.
