In Persona 3 Portable, there are no stat requirements for the female MC when it comes to dating/romance.
For the male MC there are typically stat requirements for romance/dating, like having max stats in 'Academics' or max stats in 'Charisma'.
However the female MC does not have any sort of requirements like these.

It's snappier and probably cuts 10 to 20 hours off of the final playtime of the main game and The Answer is just a slog through boring dungeon after boring dungeon just to see cutscenes you could watch on Youtube.
