Pirating is free, costs me absolutely no time at all, and I don't have to keep my computer online for it my games will remain in my computer forever and as long as there's one seeder they're accessible to anyone.
If anything, you should be giving me a reason to justify paying for games. WHY should I pay 60-70 dollars for the same rehashed shit games that have been made for the last ten years? Games that are always online and connected to the internet because of live service microtransactions that want even more money out of me and purposely design the game worse to sell me the solution? Games that some times don't even last six months before servers are down and my disc is useless?
I pirate because it's simply better for me. And there was a time steam was so good it nearly fucking killed piracy by providing an actual quality service. And then everyone else fucked it up. The biggest threat to piracy was no DRM or ISP law, but a fucking platform that made paying for games better than piracy. And now it's no longer the case because the games themselves are shit.
