I got woozy at home view before finding it in settings on the first day so yes, just enable it. It costs nothing. Meta is retarded for even having option to switch it off let alone keeping it off by default.

I think not a lot of games can get up to that 120fps so its an option instead of the default. I don't even think a lot of games can reach 90fps.
Afaik its more of an option for people who use link or for really graphically light games
