Just take what he says with a grain of salt because he is a Karma turbo autist that just plays for score in the most soul crushing repetitive, skilless way imaginable. So when he says "this move is useless! never use it!" just don't take him too seriously. Otherwise it's solid basic information. I don't think he covers any secret tech stuff in that video though or combo stuff for fun/style. For that you would have to talk to NG players or watch some of the better players play, which i don't recommend unless you have beaten the games. You can hilariously also fight Doppelganger as he taught most secret tech stuff to players initially with his bullshit.
