Funnier considering a few specs have two different styles of healing you can choose to focus on, or at least did back when I played in BfA.

Honestly, I find the human forms worse than the dragon ones. Yeah, the dragon form could be a lot better; more in line with existing drakonids, etc. But the humans with scaly face paint and horns is visually unappealing, and worse yet you're forced into using it, even if you just want to be a dragon.

It's just... what's the point of playing a dragon race if you don't get to be a dragon all the time?

I dont feel simpathy for the sacly community but it's the truth, I have never seen an online game where you play as a fucking literal dragon antromorph but it makes sence, the models are more complicated because of wings, size, etc; they have to make armor models for all the characters in the game and that difinetly makes it harder to work with.
