Nobody knows. I figured that thanks to Covid, Nintendo and KT just don't have the budget for that much advisement for the time being. Instead they rely on word of mouth and YouTuber's reactions and "trailer breakdowns" to do that stuff for them. I recall once reading an analysis about boob armours and the idea was that they'd dangerous af to wear.
The reason why is that the blade or other weapon would very easily slide off the breasts and the "cleavage" would act as a funnel for the weapon's momentum, resulting in broken ribcage if not an instant death.
