Like a few weeks after I started playing? It dawned on me the game was nothing but weaponised FOMO and I lose literally nothing by walking away, so I did.

I stopped after months of only doing dailies and collecting welkin. No interest in doing the story quests and events.

I hope to come back years later when the game is drastically expanded and hopefully has reworked combat.

Game has the issue of absolute lack of endgame content and Mihoyo clearly doesnt give a shit about making anything new in that regard. You'd satisfy people who want endgame and whales, the rest of the playerbase shouldnt be affected seeing as you all say the game is already generous and easy. Im not a fan of pvp myself but it would be something new for once

But i want more endgame too, just not one that excludes me for being a low spender.
Just add more challenging abyss style content, stuff like the Childe event dungeon but actually hard, for example.
More co-op features would be nice too, playing with friends always extends how much fun you can get out of a game.

Yeah thats not happening. They did the opposite by removing co op from tower defense event. Mihoyo made it clear they want less multiplayer. Thats why I stopped playing and I am waiting for Tower of Fantasy.

Not anytime soon, I play pretty casually since launch as a small spender (a few welkins) and managed to get by well with a few select characters easily. Abyss I can't 9 star floor 12 consistently but who cares.

How does co-op even work there?

TOF looks to be good but personally I'm turned off by the futuristic setting. Couldn't get into Honker for the same reason.

I've played since release and still haven't gotten Mona. When I finally get her I'm going to blow the biggest load for her that I've had built up for years.

Really it just wasn't that enjoyable. I liked finding all the collectibles, and then when I finished there was like 20 minutes of shit to do a day, so I got bored, then missed a day and said "oh? Whatever". And never logged in again.
