I think things like this opens a whole new can of worms with Elden Ring though. How exactly are you supposed to find this Crystal Tear that negates the damage with out looking up a guide online to find it? It's an honest question. There is SO much content with ER and little to no direction given. It basically requires you to look stuff up if you don't want to spend 100 hours of your game play searching every nook and cranny for important items like this one specific crystal tear that only has one single use in the entire game.

Not at all. I fought her with a greatsword, and most of the time I wasn't prepared for it. I would block the first spin, the only unavoidable one, and dodge the others. If blocking, even with a bad weapon like a greatsword, you only take 20% HP or so. Main problem is that it will heal her quite a bit.

The same way you're supposed to find margits or mohgs shackle, exploration.
The problem I had is that I found so many items I literally forgot I had the fucking thing.

I only struggled on Margrit, Twin Abductors, Mohgwyn, and far far above everything else, Malenia. Maliketh was also a bitch and I kinda feel like I just got lucky, but it only took me a few tries

While I understand you might be new to Fromsoft games. You just need to find a good build and practice fighting the bosses. Not too sure which boss or enemy is giving you issues. So I can't give you much more advice unless you get a bit more specific.

But as someone who has played Fromsoftware's games from Demon's Souls to DS3. Elden Ring is my second least favorite game of them all with DS2 at the very bottom.

ER has so many issues that the fanboys just literally can't comprehend. Mostly the boss design. They think that any criticism you had with a boss means that you struggled with said boss. Take Elden Beast for example. The fight is slow, boring and you have to chase him around for 90% of the fight. That's NOT a good boss design. It's just not.
