Jack Atlas.dek uses DARK-attribute Fiends and Dragons, not Fire or Pyro monsters. That said, I'd say they'd get a pass for theming, since both categories are barren in terms of cards and support.

Dark machines are based; wish they were more viable.

Dustons were the equivalent of locking down your opponent's field with monsters, but since the addition of links, you're just giving your opponent free material. Probably be best to just play stun if you want the same feeling.
