Here is your level design bro
Here is your level design bro
That was a cool encounter, people shit on it but at least they remember it. Gameplay wise it's pretty interesting.
It's fun
I don't see the problem?
My void chicken died there
No, you see
>inane shizo rambling
one of the most memorable fights in the game
Laggy as fuck.
I remember the event but don't remember the context or how it ended up. But there's also literally just a spell that clears all the shit off the screen. I used that a lot.
>blesses your fire
get fucked
I can't excuse dropping shit on the player as a design choice.
My computer went into a complete meltdown at that fight. Literally took me over an hour since I consistently got single digit fps and hardcore slowdown, and all the fucking slugs spawning in and taking ages each turn made it a pure masochistic endurance run of patience.
Really weird fight, had none of those issues later or after.
This is the only level in the game that truly pissed me off. Doesn't help that the faggot I was suppose to save ended up being a suicidal dipshit who constantly flung himself into fights.
>chain teleports to the cave
gg ez
just lure out 1 by 1 with your teleport ring
>but at least they remember it.
I also remember NWN 1 OC, guess that means it was good, right?
Except this encounter actually was good. Why so butthurt?
>Except this encounter actually was good
Your only argumen for it being good is because people remember it
>void chicken
a truly memorable sidequest and i will never not be butthurt that I couldnt keep it as a void spell, or a summon or something
Mission in the game that requires you to play differently than other encounters
>stupid mouthbreather:
SHIT DESIGN FUCK DEVS SHIT GAME
0/10 REFUNDED
>normal human being:
Oh cool, finally something that makes me use my brain. I like this game
git fucking good retards lol
I don't know why so many people prise DivOS 2 in general. I found it to be much worse than previous game and armor/magic armor mechanic to be fun killer since it blocked all CC and environment effects except polymorph which was stupidly OP and thus basically forcing players to use it on higher difficulties. Game was pure anti-fun and I honestly regret buying it in first place. Meanwhile had lot of fun with first DivOS.
Now people will suck Larian dicks for years because of Overrated Gate 3 because "omg its Larian and much Baldur's Gate!". A bit like Bioware dick sucking because of previous reputation.
>Your only argumen for it being good is because people remember it
>people shit on it but at least they remember it.
this fight melted your gtx750 craptop didnt it, esl? be honest.
You seem to be inventing scenarios so you can win an argument against yourself, you ok there?
>He didn't bless the rains down in Africa
idk how anyone struggled on this fight, it took a while but it was not difficult
>that entire post
SIR DO NOT REDEEEM
looks like underrail on dominating
How is that possible?
I played through the whole game on the Switch and sure, it was really show on this battle, but not nearly as bad as you described it
You must be running the game on a smart fridge
If I remember correctly, one of the oppressed magic dudes is about to get hanged but you intervene and he flips his shits and summons void goo everywhere that spit oil at everything and everything catches on fire including themselves
Game is turn-based, it melting anything wasn't an issue. And you still haven't explained how that encounter is good.
I completely don't understand your retarded attempts to joke around.
He's deflecting, badly.
>pooshit esl outs himself
lmao
That's a lot of wheat
Imagine all the bread you can make
Fucking based
Seems so.
Im from central Europe you half-brain retard. Still have absolutely nothing to do with what I said. Or perhaps you cannot produce any kind of argument against?
Just download some mods nigga
If you got filtered by this you shouldn't touch any strategy/tactics game ever
yo dat level is LIT
>Oh cool, finally something that makes me use my brain
More like
>I would have done everything differently if I was fucking psychic and knew the devs were going to fuck me over like that.
>Game is turn-based, it melting anything wasn't an issue.
so it did then, thanks for confirming.
>And you still haven't explained how that encounter is good.
Lots of enemies fighting you and each other, multiple ways to deal with the fire, requires strategy and planning, and its one of the most hectic fights in the game
your turn.
sorry esl, I cant read monkey. Try posting in english with proper grammar this time
>your turn.
As with all the fights positioning is worthless because everything leaps/teleports, there's cursed fire everwhere and trying to put it out is just a waste of time so just wailing at the goos from the top as iif it were a dps race is still the best "tactic".
Like

ESL outs itself.
...
Literally the Fade in DA:O. Only interesting part of the game but retards hate it.
>I secure entrance to ship and overwatch walk to LZ
OMG 9001 IQ MOVE LIKE SUBSCRIBE AND PRAY TO RNGESUS
To be fair that mission gets thrown at you at around the time you unlock the laser weapons, if you already have them the mission will be a breeze, but if you're still using ballistic weapons then it's easy to get fucked over.
>just wailing at the goos from the top as iif it were a dps race is still the best "tactic"
>I played the game like a mouthbreather and that makes the game bad!
lel. I love how this fight utterly shits on retards like you who dont think, just stand on the top platform and burn to death
Didn't have a great comp back then for sure, but I'm pretty sure the switch version which came out much later was much better optimized for the system than the early version I played. Considering how many others has talked about that one fight in particular it clearly wasn't just my comp which was the problem, the fight in general is just a giant stress test for your comp.
Who are you quoting? I killed every enemy and saved the quest dude with 0 deaths. How did the game shit on me?
skill issue
It's not even that long, the deep roads were a slog.
You may have done the fight in the non enhanced edition of the game. I've done it in both versions and the non-EE version ran like hot dogshit but it was pretty smooth in EE.
You can answer now.
it's crazy how much teleport broke that game
game is impossible to beat without teleport
Not yous but I remember just standing at the top and killing everything from there.
I had to restart couple of times because the NPC kept running in to the flames and dying
Can't see this without the baked beans
Noone gets "filtered" by that mission retard
They die to the horseshit move the devs throw on you out of nowhere and then replay the mission and just sit at the entrance with the whole squad and send 1 guy.
extremely memorable fight.
good design
Having to wait through five thousand enemy turns every round.
agreed
...
You should teleport the guy you need to protect away from the platform
>I had to restart couple of times because the NPC kept running in to the flames and dying
Just teleport him far away lmao
Stupid fucking game
I did.
Teleporting and dps race is how I went 99% of the game. This encounter changed nothing, it didn't make me adapt to anything.
>use spell to teleport the dude outside of the fire
>teleport everyone else outside with pyramids
oh no it's so hard why doesn't DOS give me more ways to solve problems reee
this was fun
>Bri'ish version of the game
dis nigga eatin beans
>playing co-op with a friend
>he's playing as red prince, I'm playing as fane
>I have the perk that makes you explode on death
>get killed by the fire/void beasts
>convince my friend in one of the few not-on-fire spots to use a resurrection scroll on me
>he resurrects me next to him
>in the fire
>I immediately take fire damage and die
>and explode
>and kill my friend
>I laugh like a jackal while he swears at me
best game, all RPGs should let you play co-op
Is it jusy me and my builds, od like 95% of fights in this game ended in necrofire? All other elemental resistances may nit even exist
The entire game is a slog, which is why the Fade changing things up was interesting.
