RPCS3 is literally the only emulator I've tested that's more lag than native hardware (and massively more at that). Dolphin, PCSX2, PPSSPP, Yuzu, retro emulators, etc. are all the same or less than original hardware.

3) Do you have Vsync enabled in RPCS3?
4) Windows forces a Vsync'd compositor, are you sure that exclusive fullscreen is active in RPCS3 and there is no Vsync?
5) Are you using the same monitor for this test between RPCS3 and PS3?
6) If you are using Bluetooth on your PC, have you assured that the problem is not Bluetooth latency between your controller and the PC which has nothing to do with RPCS3?

it's not a hardware mod. you can buy a ps3 and software mod it in like 2 hours. the games run better than rpsc3, I've compared it. many are unplayable and have graphical/texture glitches. it's the better option

Shut the fuck up. This is not even remotely up-to-date. Additionally V-Sync does not add input lag with a VRR display (as I am using).

On average yes, but bluetooth is inconsistent and has spikes of lag.
Also you can set it poll at 1000Hz over USB and get lower latency than bluetooth at its best.

The misunderstanding might be that the old version of the patch required 120 Vblank and the new one breaks with that setting, just leave everything default and it works perfectly with the only anomaly being that bloodstains run twice as fast

Alright I am finishing up my testing. I have found a way to get it down to about 90-95ms for Hard Corps Uprising (still 30ms+ more input lag than original hardware). I am still testing certain combinations to see what is best, then after that I am testing Demon's Souls, and seeing if a game that runs at higher than native framerate has less input lag or not.

There is one issue with the soldier shield not showing up because it was revealed that demon souls is essentially rendering it on complete accident on a real ps3. You can use a mod to fix this issue.
