assuming venus vacation, english steam.

step 1, close or exit steam completely, or restart your computer and make sure steam doesn't auto run at start up

step 2, turn on a VPN that changes your 'location' and choose singapore or hong kong, places where eng steam is supported.

step 3, browse to the steamdb web page that has english vv,

steamdb DOT info/app/958260/

step 4, click install, it should try to launch steam, and as long as your VPN is good, it should think you are connecting to steam from singapore/whatever, and install the game

step 5, wait for the game to install and launch it atleast once

step 6, close game and exit steam completely, restart computer

step 7, play and open game whenever you want in steam normally

Shitload of costume DLC is literally not a problem. You don't have to buy them.

What IS a problem however, is when the main game doesn't have enough costumes and/or the costumes in the main game are shitty, so the player is strongarmed into buying shit just to make his characters look acceptable. Compare DOA5 and 6. DOA5 Last Round came with over 250 costumes built-in. That's a shitload, nobody needs DLC on top of that unless they really want specific lingerie on some chick. 6 on the other hand had very few free costumes and most of them were recolors or otherwise disappointing.
