There's a monster preg in the base game, and I think most of the girls are clean shaven, but yes, it is. Basically every girl is a different story, completely separate from the others, and there's occasional dialogue choices that have some mild impact on the next combat section. The real trick is during the sex scenes, where you can get different endings depending on whether you trended towards affection or sadism, and whether or not you maxed one or the other.

It's more or less the Twilight Zone of H-games, each girl having their own separate stories and the game being an anthology. Each story is 5 levels of match 3, each with a story segment before and after, and either a love or mindbreak ending. As much as I love the comfy vibe of Huniepop, this is absolutely the superior game in pretty much ever aspect. I really wish HP1 had done something similar with the dates, giving each a cutscene before and after where the story progresses.
