I played it on a PS4 and it's not even better than DS3

Game is perfectly balanced unlike Elden Ring. Fights like Maria, Orphan of Kos and Gehrman are enjoyable rather than RNG chores like Malenia.

It's great but it's the only one in the series that I haven't finished and I don't mean "quit after beating last boss", it was somewhere in the DLC area. Tried replaying it but I can't get over the input delay and low FPS.

It's literally the most responsive souls game, even with 30fps. Elden Ring at 60fps still feels like shit input lag wise.

It's insane how much better bosses are in this than DS3 and Elden Ring. They found the perfect mix between easy and cocaine souls but kept pushing further and further until bosses just aren't that fun anymore.

the slowdown can be really awful at times.
also one of the best uses of lovecraftian horror in media, its on the same level as the thing (1982)

Game so good it almost hits 30 fps. Reflex based! Biden got 81m and we went to the moon and lost the technology.

Has anyone here tried the 60fps mod? Does it work well?

ebrietas fight is fucked and she spawns particle effects that don't go away and slowly start lagging your game
you don't jump as far like in ds1
totally playable though

It's the best "souls" game. It's designed around you being aggressive. Shields are useless. It has the best setting. Not gay ass DnD. It stands out. You can't cheese it with magic, because magic is shit n wonky in Bloodborne.
It's a game that gets you as turned on as Commodus with it's combat.
