If you want to play an Xbox 360 game, I would direct you to Grand Theft Auto IV, since it and its two DLCs runs at a locked 60 FPS.

My metric has always been 'are there enough $50 games* I'm interested in to match the cost of the hardware.' So if I want to get a $300 system, can I name six games for it I'd want to play? PS5 and XSX cost about $500 each, and have a whopping zero games between them which interest me and which I couldn't play elsewhere. So why bother?

In Call of Duty, a lot of times, players on last-gen consoles don't get into the game until maybe 15 seconds AFTER the countdown timer to start a match after everyone who had a current-generation system or PC is already loaded in.

Sadly, there isn't a way to see who plays on last-gen or current-gen otherwise.

You should have preordered one during the 3 hour window it was available in September, 2020. That is what I did, all while I fought countless bots, scalpers, crashing websites, and other idiots trying to get theirs.

I did it twice. One for the PS5, and the other for the Xbox Series X. Took several years off of my life in the process.

Replaced my PS4 Pro with it, It was pointless to get one and the only PS5 game that I've played so far was Rift Apart.

I have a huge backlog on PC and little time (two kids, full time job and started a PhD).

Returnal and Demon's Souls are also worth your time in terms of actual exclusives.

Why didn't you have Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, Target, and GameStop's websites open?

I had those open at all times at a MINIMUM, all while paying attention to posts on GameFAQs (which was much more active on which websites were active than Yea Forums was), and Wario64.

Until I can just walk into a Walmart and buy one at retail price I don't consider the PS5 or Series X to be legitimately real consoles. These systems won't start getting games until they have larger install bases and considering how difficult it still is to obtain one it looking like a complete waste to try and buy one anyway
