My advice is that the gameplay is too easy to break if you have advice, figure it out for yourself and you'll be able to enjoy it before completely busting it for longer.

did some digging and it turns out you ran into the same problem that is described in this question.

The solution is quite simple:
The game doesn't support Unicode and thus you have to change the language used for programs that don't support it manually in Windows. By default it is set to the OS language.

To change it in Windows 10, do the following:

Click the language symbol in the bottom right of the task bar next to the time and select "language preferences".

In the opening window, select "Additional date, time and regional settings" at the bottom.

Select "Region".

In the "Region" window select "Administrative" and then "change system locale" for non-unicode programs to Japanese.

You will need to restart the computer and then the symbols should show correctly. I tested this with Action Mogura and it solved the problem. It is also not necessary to install the fonts from the game folder, so you can uninstall them if you like.

There's a few select events in game that depend on the clock. But it will be fairly obvious when it comes up. The Alyce "event" is the most notable. I recommend looking this up on the wiki real quick. Spoils nothing and saves you from an NTR scene.
The other is VIP clients, as mentions, related to the hustle shit. They will give you a deadline to meet or you lose big money. It comes up later in the game. If you just want to play the RPG part of the game I'd just grab the trainer/cheat tool so you can just regain the loss to never deal with that part.

You miss out on an achievement if you don't beat the game before certain days pass, other than that, if you take too long to follow/rescue your characters when they go alone/gets kidnapped they get raped, but otherwise they return to you "safely".

The gameplay is technically good in concept and mechanically, it's just so easy that it isn't really that fun at any point. Solid game for a wank, though.

If it was actually challenging it would have been quite fun. Just play Sengoku Rance or Leane 2 of the legitimate crown if you want some challenging turn-based combat in an H-game.

Download the money trainer and just give yourself a few thousand after each day and just play the fight half. I feel the same way and could do without the hustling.
