You may want to pre-emptively roll your eyes, but early human-facing autonomous robots will be chunky.

Between power requirements, soft-touch for human interfacing and a low sensitivity to mass for design, it will be easier to fill the pinch points and hard edges of the bot than to program it to constantly monitor these points for potential harm.

Robots made for war would likely not have breasts to store energy. Unless it was super durable, having energy stores in the front is a liability. Likely it would be placed at the rear where enemy fire will less likely have a direct line of sight.
