Depends on the guild and on the woman. I've been in guilds with female players that did fine and didn't cause any bullshit drama. I've been in others where I'm the Class leader and they want to keep raiding with shitspecs and don't want to shell out the 50G to respec. At that point you let the GM know and they typically cave in because they're spineless fucks.

The real drama is from when some loser starts simping at full speed 24/7 and deflects any criticism on their behalf.

It's like if you build a nice little side project with your friends, it doesn't matter what it is, just something related to one of your hobbies. And then you all move on to other things, and a completely different group of people see the project and take it over. Blizzard was great before WOW in my opinion. WOW ended up being the worst thing ever because of the fact they went away from their roots like Warcraft, StarCraft and even Diablo. They could have kept making those multiplayer style games but because they decided WOW was going to be forever they eventually died due to that internally.
