The Xbox 360 is the best video game console that was ever produced

The later models maybe, it definitely had one of the best game libraries of all time though, and all the things to come out of XBLA on top of that.

It was my favorite and also this.

It lost it's soul before those models released though, when they replaced the blades dashboard in 2008.

They're a good representation of the time periods they were released in. We're a long way from the stylized wackiness of the mid 2000s.

how so? ebay has tons of 360s for sale. where else are you expecting to buy one if not from the secondhand market? your other options are just other reseller sites like craigslist, mercari, goodwill etc.

Everyone I've ever talked to about Lost Odyssey said they enjoyed it. They sell it on the Xbox store still.

Either Halo 3 or Rainbow Six: Vegas 2. To be fair though, the latter was just me farming XP because I wanted to unlock the camo customization at the end of the leveling scale.

I liked the Wii a little more than the 360, but both are in my top 7 favorite of all time consoles. Unfortunately there hasn't been a console since either of these that have cracked that list for me.

glossy slim is soulful as fuck, because it made most gamers mad about the fact that it revealed how dirty and nasty they are when alone in their rooms (smudges and stains and stuff would show up more on the casing). also it had the *ding* sound that was phased out for being too Chad-like and waking up the entire house at 2 am in the morning.

It ruined gaming by accident.
The achivements allowed the developers to measure precisely what the players were doing and absolutely fucking not understanding anything and simplifying shit horribly in the process.
It was the dark ages of video games.

get one with a post RROD motherboard. any OG white 360 with a motherboard from 2008 or later should be exempt from the RROD

no thanks, i dont know a single person who didnt have issues with their 360, a friend of mine got a launch one in middle school and it was such a piece of shit, rrod, disc issues, needed external dvd player, needed to buy wifi adapter, controllers used batteries, backwards compatibility was absolute garbage, didnt even have fucking HMDI lmao what a fucking shite launch system

it was the beginning of modern gayming, yes it was better than it is now but so was 2013, we've just been getting progressively worse since 2005
ps2 era had loads of weird experimental stuff, gaming wasn't so formulaic back then

there are a few late run 360 fats that use the allegedly good motherboard. Not sure what the best way of telling which motherboard you're getting is though or if you can tell without buying.

Honestly Any model of 360 is a piece of shit. I've had a super slim RROD on my for no fucking reason.
