You can buy all ores, and buy statues that give rare bars, so yes. You can level everything without touching the mines.

Its funny to me that stardew starts its cutscene advertising farm life as an easy life, and yet people minmax massively and money solves all problems. Its the ultimate capitalism simulator.

She's kind, but also oddly self aware and snarky at times. Not only in the Jas mod like picture related, but also in the vanilla game like in her quote about feeding crawdads to cows or the player smelling like grass, not to mention the placement of the toys in her room.
