I have played all ps1 and 2 ones and a bit of gta4 at a party. No chinatown mobile whatever in invented consoles.
It was best before 3d and the raise in popularity proves I'm right.
You hop in, get to an arcade like killing spree, enjoy arguably better AI persecutions and shootings that nowdays, enjoy the buttery sound design of meat getting roasted alive and people getting squished by cars, hop back to real life in an hour or so.
No intro tutorial gameplay, no forced missions to unlock actually useful shit, no long cinematics, no set path for staged events or missions, no loading, no filler or unfunny shit, no 50 boring repetitive driving sim missions out of the normal sandbox behaviour.
Just crude, horrible, fun criminal shit. With a fart/burp button and room for imagination.
