Reminder that these aren't actual NPCs you'd find in BotW, some people just figured out that the NPC system for the game uses Miis as a base, so you can reverse engineer the process and inject (almost) any custom made Mii into the game, which is what these are

I don't think it works like that. The gerudo have some kind of weird magic bullshit that causes them to almost exclusively produce female offspring. If the products of their necessarily mixed pairings were mutts the gerudo would end up looking like hylians within a few generations. But that clearly hasn't happened so their kids are apparently full gerudo.
