Not sure about URs but there's a bunch of useful SRs in the Legacy set (though many of them are situational or format dependent, like the barrier statue floodgates).

an extra deck monster that can be quick effect special summoned when a continuous trap is flipped face up that tributes every backrow your opponent controls
