My theory is this so far:

After beating Nidhogg, the raid gets sent back in time/into an alternate universe and go into a special phase where they have to save Haurchefaunt. Beating this will be the final checkpoint.

After that we fight the brainwashed Nidhogg and Hraesvalgr under the control of Thordann

Then we free Hraesvalgr and Thordann gets both of Nidhogg's eyes, transforming into ultimate Thordann and the final phase begins.

I can't imagine there being more.
