I hate ALL fandoms. If you genuinely fervently like something enough to consider yourself a part of a "fanbase" you should unironically consider killing yourself.

I can't think of a single video game that I would base my entire fucking identity around. I love video games. But I do not hold any opinions that are strong enough where I would tell people "yeah I'm a part of X game's fandom, I follow everything relating to X game no matter what". It's fucking sick. Seriously, seek help.

Play a video game. Enjoy the video game. Full stop. There doesn't need to be any more than that.

There are other games/franchises I'd post with fanbases I'd like to see in concentration camps but I also think the respective games are kinda dogshit and cater to said audiences, like FFXIV/Danganronpa/Undertale/walking simulator, etc. I think the only relatively lesser autistic and enjoyable fanbase that exists at all for video games might be Ace Attorney but it's been in limbo for a while now.

Why do people hate games being dead again? It's maximum comfy and they tend to have the most tolerable fanbases. Do you really need to match up against a million different people to have fun in a game? It's way better to face bros you see all the time in chats instead of randos.
