I feel sad for any talented artist that still works at Falcom. But most of all, I feel sad for Falcom musicians still working at that company.
Falcom just seems to put out the bare minimum budgets for their annual releases. There's no love for these games at all.

Bamco at least funds a genuinely high budget and good looking game every once and a while like Elden Ring and Tekken games. So their artists still have moments to flex their creativity.
Meanwhile, every single one of Falcom's games is low budget. Even indie games like Ori and the Blind Forest looks far better than anything Falcom has ever released.
